Refund and Returns Policy

At ChicLuxer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy to understand the process for returning items and requesting refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or clearance items

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@chicluxer.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

  2. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.

  3. Ship the Item: Once you receive confirmation from our team, ship the item to the following address:

  4. Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for a replacement. Please contact us at info@chicluxer.com within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange for an exchange. For exchanges due to size or style preferences, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame:

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
