At ChicLuxer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund policy. Please review the following guidelines on how to process returns and receive refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Items purchased from our website are eligible for returns, excluding final sale items, which are non-returnable.
Please Note: Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@chicluxer.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: Once you receive the RMA number, pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue partial refunds if the item is returned in a damaged or used condition.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. After the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item. Return shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items, including clearance items.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Gift cards or e-gift cards.
7. Refunds for Gifts
If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, we will issue a gift card for the return value once the return is processed and accepted.
