  • International Shipping: At this time, ChicLuxer offers international shipping to selected countries. International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and order size. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
  • International Restrictions: Some countries may have restrictions on certain products, which could prevent us from shipping those items internationally. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure about any restrictions.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@chicluxer.com with photos of the damage. We will assist you with returning the damaged item and issuing a refund or replacement.
  • Lost Shipments: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local postal service. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team, and we will help resolve the issue.
